The proposed fee schedules and proposed manuals will be effective January 1, 2025.

When a fee schedule or provider manual is adopted it will be posted to the corresponding provider type found at https://medicaidprovider.mt.gov/providertype. Current schedules and provider manuals are found on each provider type page.
